At Add2Cart, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. To maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene, we follow a strict "Check-on-Delivery" return policy.

1. Instant Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted if the product is inspected by the customer at the exact time of delivery.

• If you are unsatisfied with the product, you must return it instantly to the delivery rider who brought it.

• Once the delivery rider leaves the premises, we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds for any reason.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you find the product to be damaged or defective during the initial inspection, you may return it immediately.

• In cases of damaged goods, the customer will not be charged any delivery fees for the return.

3. Change of Mind

• If you choose to return a product due to a "change of mind" during delivery, the return will be accepted.

• In this scenario, the customer is required to bear the full delivery cost to the rider.

4. No Refund/Return Guarantee

• Except for the instant return to the rider as described above, we do not offer any subsequent returns or refunds.

• This policy ensures that all products remain in high-quality condition for all our customers.
